Great team, easy to work with, flexible hours, fun office environment, creative energy, definitely a company that is willing to help its employees.

Cons

Difficult to get a word in edgewise at times, definitely a frequent feeling like your hands are tied and you have to play by the corporate rules.

other employees were friendly, half off on food if you work over 6 hours

Cons

rude customers, never got breaks on time unless it was the end of the day (example:I would work 9-6 and receive my 30 minute break at 5:30), no opportunity towards advancement, new employees got paid more than people working there 2+ years,etc.

The pay is okay compares to other fast food establishments, the hours aren't bad, and there is some flexibility in your schedule.

Cons

The work itself is kind of disgusting, there's always the chance that you can get a nasty burn from hot grease, and sometimes it is really,really packed.
