Pros

McDonald's is a great place to work for. It values people and people development. Top management is competent. Pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Since the company is large, it is bureaucratic and is hard to get a hold of the person that can answer your question.

Pros

Expect to work hard and receive no acknowledgement. Gool luck on getting all the tools needed to get your job done. Region manager is extremely rude and if you say something that might make this manager look bad with distric, this manager will make sure you do not get hours. Top management do not even have a bachelor degree. You will work long hours with no break and with very little help. The health insurance is extremely expensive. It is better to actually put the money on a health account rather than getting the insurance.

Cons

You will get days off if you need them and usually they are good in understanding last minute personal problems. Free food and uniform.

Cons

the pay is very low, and no raises like once a year and lucky if you get the raise only like a few cents
