Pros

Most of the managers I had were absolutely amazing and the co-workers I had were great. The kitchen and everywhere else was absolutely clean.Like you could see your reflection. That's how clean we kept it. It was also black owned , which was great as well.

Cons

Some of the managers are rude and mean as hell. I was a new crew member at that time. Some of the people who work there were there for years so they had their own little clique and if you weren't a part of that , they called themselves shunning you and putting most of all the work on you and not everybody else , if they like them. Let's say the general manager was at most times the most useless person there and he was completely messy all the time , and you would have to clean up after him. Sometimes if you thought you know, you were good with them, they would end up talking about your terribly behind your back.I've seen it happen to so many people especially good people too , and it's horrible. And about like if you call out or something, they'll have a whole attitude with you.I remember when I scheduled like a month or two and a head of all the times I need off months and a head and he still scheduled me to work and then yelled at me when I didn't come in on the times I was supposed to be off like it was my fault. There's much more that I could write, but I won't. I will never go back to work there no matter what

Pros

Had nice co-workers Good starter Job Depends on your store they will work with your schedule Once you get used to the first 3 months the job is actually pretty easy and depending on your location and the time you work, the job is actually not that stressful and chill but this is not always the case (Specifically evening to night shifts or overnights are the most calm however it is usually busy all the time) Mornings are hectic especially when transitioning to Mornings breakfast to afternoon

Cons

Management Favoritism (not all managers and stores are like this and the ones I worked with were very nice and funny but I noticed some managers favorited others more than other people and had let them get away with more versus if a different employee had done the same action they would get punished or a write up) Rushed training threw you in and your expected to know everything Very stressful Not treated well if you are new Always was understaff so it was even more stressful as you would have to perform 2 duties at once and if you cant perform them you would get yelled at ( not all stores are like this) If you work in the kitchen you will always smell like food when you get home

Pros

They work around your schedule, good work/life balance, lots of room for advancement so long as you’re willing to work hard and put in the time. Great benefits as well.

Cons

So long as you enjoy fast/paced environment and can keep up, there really aren’t any cons. You just get it done!
