Pros

Puts food on the table so it's alright I guess. What more do you want to know? It should be pretty explanatory.

Cons

Working at a fast food. Minimum wage. Greasy workplace. Having to deal with disrespectful customers. Cleaning up.

Pros

Being a part-time worker allowed students to focus on other important things such as school while earning money to support themselves.

Cons

The customer service experience can be bad depending on the area.

Pros

Mostly new staff, open to (some) new ideas; new HQ in West Loop; travel opportunities; half day Fridays in the Summer

Cons

No work/life balance, you will consistently work nights/12 hour days; benefits are ok - not as stellar as you would think a high-profile corporation would be; communication between departments is not great.
