You are promised equal opportunity. In reality their is no equal opportunity. If your a woman you are looked down on. Woman are treated poorly. If a woman who has experience in a job position applies for that position, but there is also a man who applied for the position but has no experience. They will give the job to the man over the woman. So the moral is this company will always choose a man over a woman. This company does not honor most holidays as it used to. In the past two years plant employees had to work new years eve and new years day. But the management team didnt have to work. Holidays that the management team get off the plant employees dont get off. All around this place isnt the greatest to work.
