      No one pays close enough attention to you to even know if you are working.

      Cons

      Everything about HR. Leaders love to throw out the word strategic because they think their important. In reality they have no idea what strategic work is. HR is a mess at McCain. Dishonest and not trustworthy.

      McCain is 50+ years old world's 3rd largest Potato Food company established in 2005 in India. It has received 'Great Place to Work' certificate in 2022 in India. It has a very matured business model and gives desired opportunities to potential employees.

      Cons

      IT Organization structure is very flatten and hence IT employees are getting slow positional growth.
