Great environment overall, my co-workers were extremely nice, work life balance was encouraged. My direct manager was supportive and regularly went to bat for his people.

Cons

Covid policy was over the top, as was the sharing of top management's political views. Nobody cares about your political views, we just want to know your vision for growing the company.
