      Only PROS is the brand value that McCain has in it's category as a leader. Brand Pull is great.

      Cons

      1. TT sucks in Delhi NCR 2. PIP culture prevails 3. Everyone in HO has some or the other known/family/friends/relative. It is a Nexus. 4. Confirmations are always delayed 5. High attrition rate

      Lots of great people working at the company. Large global company if you are open to relocation for growth opportunities.

      not a lot of growth opportunities unless you have connections or brown nosed your way up. They don’t invest in mentorship or helping you grow.
