      Pros

      Able to transfer to different facilities in the network.

      Cons

      Not enough people to distribute workload to prevent burnout. Upper management willing to do anything besides hire or increase wages.

      Pros

      Non management employees are highly capable. People are usually friendly.

      Cons

      They say diversity is valued, it isn't. Don't think outside the box, you won't be rewarded. Training and development is poor, and so is the chance to progress your career. Old fashioned ways of working and senior management and staff who resist change.
