Great pay for an entry level job. No grade 12 required.

Cons

Almost 10 years here and on my way out. I've seen everything. High turnover has alot to do with pure attrition and creepy gaslighting. I've never seen so many grown men straight up walk out of a job. Usually within first 6 months to a year. Health and safety is a game of sweeping drug/alcohol issues/accidents under the rug so long as its only machinery and equipment being damaged. Not unionized and HR seems to be tired of issues. You're on your own and it's the wild west for what rules get enforced and for who stays and leaves the company.

Pay is good for the work that is done. Co workers are easy going as well. Shift premiums and new schedules

Cons

HR does not take problems serious that involve upper management. Racism and power trips by supervisors occur a lot. Very little room for error
