Management was very approachable relating to customer issues.

Cons

Their operating system was very outdated. Many employees did not want to share their knowledge relating to cross training. There were company layoffs over the last few years and the company spirit was no longer there. Employees walked on egg shells not knowing if they would be laid off.

McCain has a vision for the future, we all want this but at McCain Plover it's very unhappy, and unhealthy work place.
