The people who work for McCain are honest, fun loving, hard working, helpful, and extremely kind hearted. They are finally investing the money required to standardize business processes with the global implementation of SAP. Huge growth in India and China will provide much needed growth / profits.

Cons

Senior leadership is unwilling or unable to deal with incompetence. High performers are not recognized because managers are looking out for themselves, not their employees. Too many outside hires / no internal upward movement beyond manager level unless you kiss ass.
