      Overall it is a great company to work for. Competitive pay, great benefits, and plenty of room for upwards advancement.

      Pros

      Very competitive pay. Great benefits package. Work/Life balance is one of the best out there. Very large company with decades of proven reliability; no worries of downsizing or buy-outs.

      Cons

      Indecisive leadership. Do more with less type of mentality. No legitimate focus on employee recognition (although it's all over the company website). Departing further and further from original traditions and beliefs of McCain brothers.

      Pros

      Hard to find any these days...used to be a good privately held family company. Pay is decent but not worth what you will go through there.

      Cons

      Corporate HR unprofessional and lack integrity. Poor leadership at the top of the organization as well. Strategy constantly changing as well as organizational structure. In major cost cutting mode. Safety and quality have been de-emphasized.
