Free fried food at headquarters. Nice catered lunches you can mooch off of. Fridge full of free soda.

Cons

Does not value low level employees. Was told that since I was not a full time worker I could not use the coffee machine. Management spends thousands on shiny new office toys, but can't afford to pay a living wage.
