Pros
Excellent benefit program and competitive salary are highlights at McCain Foods. McCain is a food service company first and retail company second. They hire strong candidates and often have multiple levels of lower level roles available for new hires or less experienced candidates. The company is a powerhouse in both the Potato and Appetizer Categories of Food service.
Cons
Reorganization of Executive and Middle level management in both the Global arena and in the US has created some change in the organization. Many of the leadership roles were filled from the outside rather from promoting individuals from within the organization.
