      Pros

      Fellow employees- genuinely nice bunch of people to work with. Great downtown location in Toronto. Global leadership has great potential.

      Cons

      Lack of global mindset. Silos creates due to politics. Lack of recognition for hard working employees. Closet racism from leadership. Nepotism in hiring their own family members. Management does not practice what they preach. No evolution or growth.
