Free Poppers and Cheese Sticks at break, work 12 days on 2 days off, great co-workers that may or may not help when asked.

Cons

No home life, highly stressful always doing sanitation repairs that gets you wet, you supply own tools that rust with the chemicals, pay is not the greatest, supervision in maintenance is way too strict and clicky.
