Pros
Lots of leadership opportunities and responsibilities given, even though I had entry level experience On the job training and shadowing helped me prepare well for role Good Benefits - Health and Dental. 3 Weeks of Vacation SAP made role easy to do Nice and Clean Office Get to travel sometimes
Cons
Not much to do in New Brunswick, it is a rural community. Have to make sure you comfortable living in a small community. Supply Chain is a high pressure field since if one thing is off everything else goes down. Will get blamed unless you back up your emails. Have to work long hours if something goes wrong. Benefits are good but pay is low. Overworked but underpaid.
