Pros
Downtown location Nice office Some good people
Cons
Unfortunately, upper management shows little genuine care for employees. While they promote their “leadership principles”, managers are often powerless to make real decisions, as VPs control everything. A significant amount of time is spent discussing *insert fancy corporate buzzword* and “diversity,” but these values aren’t truly practiced; they’re more about optics than substance. The culture is extremely cutthroat, with little to no investment in employee development. Even long-term, loyal employees are let go without hesitation. The narrative of being a “family” is frequently pushed, but in reality, it’s just a facade. The actions of leadership don’t align with the values they claim to uphold.
