Lazy organization where coasting is not only tolerated but expected

Cons

Impossible to get promoted. Organization is extremely slow moving and unwilling to invest in their talent. Performance is not a factor in promotions. Promotions are mainly driven by which DEI boxes you are able to check.

At Florenceville GTA they discriminate immigrants. Every raise, Development opportunity and career growth is given to locals. No childcare’s , or houses being rented near the office.

Toxic work environment. People look for reasons to fire you before looking to train you. Liberal politics and propaganda. Manager ratings are artificially high because they just fire people that they stink at training.
