Cons
There is surely a lot of scope to improve upon introducing and providing long term on-site opportunities to deserving employees, which is an area of prime concern currently and not very much common to be seen at the center here in Baroda.
Most of the Employees are having a laid back attitude and dont seem to be motivated enough to exercise proper time management and instead enjoying the liberty of taking undue advantage of the liberal approach of the management and this is not commensurate with the international standards of such a company of repute.
