Got good exposure to Java technologies - maven, spring boot, hibernate Good company culture. Company takes decency quotient seriously and cares for employees. Company also promotes recognition of efforts. Leadership members were approachable.
Cons
Experience can vary significantly with the team. In one team, the lead distributed work to the developers rather than give the developers more freedom to choose. Some technologies can be outdated.
