      Pros

      Hey, its a big company right? Looks good on a cv, right? Thats pretty much it.

      Cons

      You are a number, replaceable, they lowball salaries and bonuses, cut corners and try the horrible "ice cream day!" BS while downgrading or removing cost of living and medical services, working from home and other essential worker benefits. Its a dinosaur that will never be able to complete with a smaller startup, so they buy them up and fire everyone.
