Not agile, red tape everywhere

* Nice office * Good people

Cons

* It took 6 weeks to install an IDE * Access requests for the most basic things * Access removed at random sometimes * All work is pushed to the team with no input from the team I'd advise the geeks avoid this place, good place to settle down and fly under the radar. * Retro meetings are just entries to the system, no real actions taken to improve * Non of the domain is documented and the requirements change mid flight during a sprint. * The process is more important than value * All the design is done above the team and not done very well, plus you can't change it as you're not welcome in the ivory tower.

Few great and helpful colleagues, easy products and very simple to learn.

Cons

extremely political and toxic culture, no concrete support/development for employees besides documentation and lectures: one can actually slog for years without any progress as per market standards and skill enhancement, the position is not aligned with actual work assignment, a lot works by favorism within the company.
