Pros

Managers are generally lenient with time off and flexing time. Paid volunteer days and good PTO compared to other employers in the region. Very strong retirement matching. No one complains too much or gossips. Dental insurance is good.

Cons

Corporate bureaucracy, spend a dime to save a nickel, not a lot of young people at all, people often get stressed about the work, lots of middle management, manager changes and reorgs happen often, software development isn’t very streamlined, software practices between teams varies widely
