      Pros

      The company culture at Mastercard is unlike anything I've experienced. I have the most positive, understanding, and collaborative team. Despite some long days, my team does a great job at taking care of each other to ensure we take time off, rest, and have a good work/life balance (even in chaos). This sentiment comes all the way from the top. In conjunction with top tier benefits that go above anything I've seen in the sector, Mastercard is by far the best organization I've worked for.

      Cons

      I'm on a very unique team that often requires work outside of standard hours and sometimes necessitates longer than 40 hour weeks. However, this is common for my role across companies, and I knew this was the case prior to joining.
