Pros
The company offers a diverse and multi cultural environment, good equipment to work and helps you invest in learning. Most of the people there are nice and the facilities are also in a good shape.
Cons
3 day in office policy definitely breaks productivity specially if you live outside the city area, since you will be loosing a lot of time to get into the office instead of doing actual work. The business model is too centralized, and the salaries are a bit below what other companies offer.
