Pros
Company is well positioned to succeed in the future. Good branding and well known.
Cons
Compensation is below other firms in the financial services field. Not a lot of opportunity to move up or get promoted. Most of middle management are fairly old and unambitious who are content doing the minimum amount of work required to keep their 9-5 job. Management's attempt to make the workplace more "fun" and lively" is adding a pool table that almost no one uses. Many of the younger and more creative employees seem to be snatched up by competitors such as Visa.
