      1) Politics at depearment level very much evident 2) Directors are good Individual contributors and worst people managers. 3) Onshore VPs completely dependent on offshore Director inputs. 4) General sense of insecurity. 5) Work pressure (saw one of the collegue from same department getting heart condition due to pressure) 6) Random layoff seems like lottery system. 7) Mastercard culture promotes health-first. My experience is different: Received a warning/threat of involving HR on my joining day when i reported a small health issue that possibly could have required 3-4 days time off.
