Pros
1. Awesome policies, health checkups, annual functions. 2. If your team is good then you can have great time in office. 3. Always working towards new tech and almost everyone gets opportunity to work on awesome tech and new cutting edge tools. 4. Good composition, transperant salary structure, good office culture with awesome events on regular basis.
Cons
1. New Indian managers ( hired from service based, consulting company ) making mastercard dirty. 2. Unnecessary strictness and hate towards employee friendly policies ( ex - asking employee why you need leaves , give reasons which is absolutely wrong) 3. You can survive if you have good manager. I left mastercard only because of manager. 4. I was very happy till I worked under US management. Supportive, ready to teach you.
