- Innovation is purely for the headlines, but in reality no innovative work is ever carried out beyond a pilot - No real sense of drive, lots of employees coasting - Very poor product management practices - No opportunity for those early in their career to develop skills beyond the first 3-6 months - Low standards for what hard work is but simultaneously don’t reward those who do work hard - Slow and rigid career progression - Strategy is rarely backed by data, direction is typically given by gut feel from an executive regardless of if the data supports the decision
