      Pros

      Strong brand, great assets and talents in global level. Built such strong brand equity by Priceless campaign and sponsorships activities

      Cons

      Management does not empower employees. Oppressed management style is preventing one to be creative. This is my second time to be back, and became completely different company from Bob Selander as CEO

      Pros

      The work is interesting and valuable with enough change to keep a challenge. Over the course of the years, I met many great and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      The management staff is extremely poor; many are just plain simple bullies with no true idea of how to manage resources. Upper management and HR do nothing to change the culture as they have grown up within and are often the same. Even when Conplaints are filed - No actions occur except the people who make the complaint are put on a list as being difficult and possibilities for layoff.

      1. Strong brand offering powerful learning platforms. 2. Very talented and capable workforce. 3. Offers good monetary and non-monetary benefits

      Cons

      1. Focused more on strategic planning than execution 2. Lot of effort put into optics than getting things done/ solving real problems 3. Most departments work in silos and senior management does not respond very positively to requests/ suggestions.
