Company treats its employees like mill horses - expectation is of 100% utilization on projects along with random fake innovation and firm building participation . There is a strong disconnect between firm objectives and local leadership objectives. Negative bias towards people who do good work but do not shout from the rooftop. Analytics people are judged on performance scale biased towards consulting. But compensation is far below consulting. Daily stress of justifying your existence with hours spend on projects despite working hard trying to struggle with slow systems Spineless leadership who can't take a stand on issues and have no vision of how to run a center.
