Mastercard is a great company that offers a breadth of opportunities to anyone who is willing to learn and stretch yourself. Compensation, benefits and perks are good and the overall work environment is flexible.

Cons

Good work can easily go unnoticed unless you have the personality and opportunities to be noticed by the leadership. Connections and exposure to the right audience is important for recognition and promotions, sometimes sadly more so than being hardworking and doing a good job.
