- Very generous benefits package - Half-day Fridays and quarterly no meeting days - Work anywhere 4 weeks a year - Broad range of development opportunities and skill development

Cons

-Underlying misogyny throughout business, making it a challenging place for women to succeed; few women in higher positions (and almost no POC) - Cultural identity crisis - mishmash of cultures from acquisitions - Career advancement highly politicized, not transparent how promotions occur (although you have a better chance if you’re a white male!)
