There is a lot of immaturity. Examples include communication emails that try to joke but are just nonsense. Another is an online forum where employees submit questions where the serious ones are ignored while the playful ones are answered with an equally useless answer. Culture is one where favorites get the promotions and recognition regardless of actual work accomplished compared to teammates. Says it's a technology company. While there are some efforts to become one, it's not even close when compared to the true tech companies. Other than the annual bonus payout, there really is no incentive during review time (little to no raises, rewards come in form of restricted stock that has no value unless you stay employed there for 3 more years).
