Pros

No Bench Concept You can grow in the organization based on your talent and your willingness to achieve what you want Salary compensation and other packages are good Work env is good and work life balance is maintained Casual office hours You easily get work from home and lots of leave Managers and senior managers are easily approachable

Cons

If you are joining in place like Vadodara and if you want to switch to a new company, then it will be hard for you At Vadodara, I have seen discrimination with non-Gujarati employees (Thankfully the manager is now not with the company anymore) Payment/e-Wallet domain knowledge can help you in very smaller no of companies No medium/long term on site opportunities 3 months long notice period If you are a contract employee, then your employment with the company will be for max 2 years only

Pros

Work from home option Pretty good annual bonus Pretty good 401k matching Plenty of vacation time Most teammates were good to work with, both the experienced and newer people.

Cons

There is a lot of immaturity. Examples include communication emails that try to joke but are just nonsense. Another is an online forum where employees submit questions where the serious ones are ignored while the playful ones are answered with an equally useless answer. Culture is one where favorites get the promotions and recognition regardless of actual work accomplished compared to teammates. Says it's a technology company. While there are some efforts to become one, it's not even close when compared to the true tech companies. Other than the annual bonus payout, there really is no incentive during review time (little to no raises, rewards come in form of restricted stock that has no value unless you stay employed there for 3 more years). Compensation is behind other tech companies. Health insurance benefits are the worst I've had compared to other companies I've worked at.
