1. Flexible work environment 2. Best in industry leave policy and additional benefits 3. No Micro management, At the same time employees also dont take this as granted 4. HR team and management is very supportive in terms of personal growth and aspirations

As of now not able to find any, Just the technology stack was being used was little older, but moving to new technology stack slowly i.e. Microservices
