      Great for upper level positions, only apply to lower levels if you are a fan

      Pros

      Marvel is a great place to work if you are already know the property and are a fan at a lower level and have a desire to work there. If you are looking at a Senior level position, the pay and benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      If you are looking for an entry level position, the word "hungry" applies in both ways- the pay is sub-par compared to every other company and you do twice the work for the position you are hired for. The hours are long and the compensation is not proportionate.
