Most are great team players and will help with anything Get to attend movie screenings before movie is in theaters Internal sales to employees for Marvel product
Cons
Person in IT targets people that they just do not like and bullies them by undermining the work, throwing up roadblocks, causing moral in all IT to be horrendous, complaints to top management falls on deaf ears, person has the full support of management to continue mistreating everyone they do not like. Multiple good employees have left because they could not take it, others have been let go because they refused to allow themselves to be mistreated and made complaints.
