      Pros

      It's fun to constantly surrounded by comics and comics related media. Staff is generally nice and easy to work with

      Cons

      Has more of a corporate atmosphere than you would expect from a comic book company. Very strict on keeping employees within their assigned roles. Not many opportunities to dabble in other departments and see how the rest of the company.
