Cool place, but boys club rules

Pros

Marvel Entertainment is a super fun place to work, everyone is nice, the Disney benefits are so good.

Cons

Marvel Entertainment always feels like the forgotten outcast child of The Walt Disney Company, never as cool as Marvel Studios, not as well taken care of as the other divisions. The office never had the snacks or in-office perks of the other Disney offices. It's also majorly a boys club, where it's hard to fit in or be taken as seriously as a woman. The pay is much lower than industry standards, so you have to really love Marvel to want to be there.
