      - Early access to screenings - Extremely welcoming company culture - Everyone who works here has a passion/dream to be here which creates a great atmosphere

      - Workload can be high but manageable - Low upward mobility due to to the fact that we make a few tentpole releases a year

      Pros

      Excellent projects and top talent working on these animated shows.

      Cons

      Marvel Animation feels disconnected within projects, between projects and as a company. No culture or structural support to speak of. This was my experience. I don't know what it's like on other shows.
