-Not every visual development team there is toxic/political. -Cool characters. -Pay is pretty decent.

-A lot of unpaid overtime. -Gaslighting behavior from managers and leads. -MAJOR politics.

Pros

Marvel is one of the best companies I have worked for. I believe it's because people enjoy their job, but I am only saying this from experience with my team and everyone my team works with.

Cons

Originally working at the company was great, but Disney made some changes to the company and all companies owned by Disney had to start follow the exact same policies. The environment become more stressful and less balanced

- Amazing crew - Amazing food - You're always learning something new

Cons

There are lots of long days/ long hours with no recovery time. While I was on set my social life suffered tremendously.
