Pros

Marvel is a great place to work if you are already know the property and are a fan at a lower level and have a desire to work there. If you are looking at a Senior level position, the pay and benefits are fantastic.

Cons

If you are looking for an entry level position, the word "hungry" applies in both ways- the pay is sub-par compared to every other company and you do twice the work for the position you are hired for. The hours are long and the compensation is not proportionate.

They hand VP titles out like candy and you get a discount on the licensed products they sell to their employees.

Cons

Low pay, lousy benefits, politics, management encourages an environment of fear, mistrust and inappropriate demeaning behavior. Heavy turnover.

Growth is terrible, severely underpaid, poor management, constant reorgs, due to being such a public company lots of rules and protocols
