Pros
The people are generally nice; you get face-to-face client experience; there is a nice balance between a huge corporation where you are cog in a machine and tiny boutiques where you worry about job security.
Cons
I watched several upper-level executives get promoted over and over, while I watched high-performing mid- and entry-level employees spend 4-5 years in a role until they finally left. Everyone I know
