Poor employees were blatantly micromanaged and ignored

They were invested in innovation. You will be exposed to amazing clients. Some really hardworking and faithful colleagues. Decent salary and benefits.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement from the hysterical management. Lots of worthless meetings all about how they would micromanage everyone, taking so much of your time. They wouldn't listen to anyone but themselves. All opinions and suggestion were blatantly ignored. You have to be a "yes" person, anyone that tends to have an opposite viewpoint will be fired.

Worst culture I've ever experienced A lot of mass firings No transparency Overworked Unfair compensation TERRIBLE HR and Senior Management CEO is rude, swears at people, demeans employees in front of their reports, yells at people and tries to create a culture by making people fear him.

The offer sounded good, but they're not for everyone working here.

Cons

The management mentioned about getting vacation days and professional development programs, but those were just LIES. Preferential treatment and FAVORITISM were big in here and the reason people were arrogant, disrespectful, and rude to others. DISCRIMINATION is big as well and everything was TOXIC!
