A good launching point, but hard to continue long term

If you have the right manager, things are solid. The work is not super hard nor tedious, but a little monotenous all the same.

Cons

Hard to progress, many of my coworkers had been stuck in the same positions for years. And if there is crummy management, it is hard to have a good experience.
