growth within the company. I like how they choose someone from the inside to promote rather than hiring a stranger. that is pretty much all the good stuff i can think of, because the rest is a con even the discount is a con. (10% off, not even 20)

Cons

the raises doesn't make sense. you get more when become a coordinator than be a key carrier. I mean, come on. Is the coordinator's job harder than a key carrier??????..NO.. I DONT THINK SO..... I've been a key carrier for years, and now is the first time im gonna open my mouth. OPEN DOOR POLICY SUCKS, AND THEY WILL JUDGE YOU RIGHT AFTER YOU TALK TO THEM
