Exciting, different, nice atmosphere

To interact with customers the best highlight of the work day. Very strong minded employees once you get to know them, To be able to be in charge and organize your own work area. The thought of your responsible of how your sales area reflects who you are as a person. So it was nice like being at home. constantly maintaining. that was the easy part.

Cons

The only downside was when it was time to cut hours...it was hard to live off of. Even if you had a second job. Still no room to enjoy your personal life.

lots of hours, discount at tjmaxx, marshalls, and homegoods, random 20% weekend for employees, easy work.

Cons

discount is only 10%, big emphasis on getting customers to sign up for tjx reward credit cards, managers are young and not competent, many visits from corporate office,

Money and a discount that's basically it they treat you badly and don't consider your personal life so one reason to work at marshalls Is money

They dont treat you fair they don't give you long enough break times and they give you bad hours so that's it/
