You get paid minimum wage....$7.25. If you have experience in retail, during your interview, ask for $8 or more.

-employee discount -good management -store is very clean, functional -co-workers are very nice and cooperative -co-workers are young and old, so great diversity in employees. -inspected once a year due to regional management coming to look at store, continuously improving in its selection of clothes

Cons

-Unfortunately, my friend didn't like how she got minimum wage despite working 3-4 days a week, especially on weeks of events (Christmas, etc.) -management didn't give her off due to school reasons
